We are born from the remarkable life and legacy of Mrs. Mary Nwamadi (1947-2006), a woman of immense grace, unwavering faith, and a boundless heart for humanity. Fondly remembered as ‘Aunty M,’ her life was a masterclass in selfless service and unconditional love. She was a mother to the motherless, a provider for the needy, and a pillar of strength in her community. Her home was a sanctuary, and her hands were always extended to those in need.
Established in her loving memory by her children, The Mary Nwamadi Foundation seeks to immortalize her spirit by continuing the work she passionately pursued throughout her life. We believe that every individual deserves the opportunity to live a life of dignity and purpose. Our work is a continuation of her journey, a promise to keep her light shining brightly by touching lives and transforming communities.
Our mission is to break the cycles of poverty and inequality by providing sustainable solutions that foster independence and create lasting change. We are committed to serving humanity with the same compassion, integrity, and dedication that defined the life of Mrs. Mary Nwamadi.
